Hi There! My name is Crystal and I am so excited that your taking the time out of your day to check out my page. I am very passionate about Empowering others to take charge of their Health and Wellness and I want to help Empower YOU to meet your goals! A little about me is that I grew up in a challenging home with a single parent who has severe Mental Health. I became a Licensed Social Worker because I want to help others overcome their challenges in life. The Mental Health field does take a toll on me somedays, but I love helping others, so I started educating people about small steps they can take towards a healthier lifestyle. I am also a Mom, Wife, Best Friend, Nature and Animal Lover, and a bit of an Empath. I was completely naive prior to learning about Young Living Essential Oils and Plant-Based Products. I did not realize how many chemicals I was exposing my family and myself to Everyday that could potentially be harmful to our health. We are making small changes to Ditch the toxins in our home and Switch to healthier alternatives. I love to share what I learn and empower others to take steps towards positive change in their overall Wellness. There is honestly no judgement from me on how big or small of changes you want to make for you and your family, because EVERY step towards change counts!
