Hi! I'm Emily, married to an amazing man and have two rescue cats, Newton and Einstein and a "little" one year old shepherd, Edison. We both work full time and love our time together at home and out and about, sharing our lives with friends and family. We share a passion for improving our lives in the healthiest ways possible, whether it be cooking a little healthier, adding a few extra steps to our step count or using and loving Young Living products.
